I think that your third point is probably the most important and least known to people just starting out in SEO. If links are built on no-follow websites / blogs then no link juice gets passed on and the links built are unfortunately a waste of time. I didnt know about they searching for 'CommentLuv blogs’ , so thanks for the heads up!

This on a site that ranked high on google is a joy for owners.But to be a process that is working fine,and I think that backlinks are an essential part of overall SEO strategy.I also agree that backlinks assist in the search engine ranking high, I hope to provide ways for your readers we will be more effective, I will try and keep good job.
