More and more websites are being launched as blogs today, and more and more people are looking to backlinks to get their blogs noticed by the search engines and readers in general.  Strangely, not many people are talking that much about one of the best sources of backlinks for blogs:  Blog Carnivals.

A blog carnival at it’s most basic is a blog that has invited any and all blogs on similar themes to publish on their own blog that the authors have already published on their own blogs.  This is obviously a huge source of backlinks for every blogger out there willing to take the time to find the blog carnivals in their niche and then publish their relevant posts.  This is mad much easier by a site dedicated to them named BlogCarnival.com

As lucrative in backlinking terms as blog carnivals can be, this is tedious work and people get tired of it after spending a day or so searching for relevant blog carnivals and then publishing their posts.  Fortunately automation is available to simplify both of these tasks.  Pretty cheap too.  At heart it is just a set of Macros for performing repetitive tasks.  You could easily get a freelance coder to build you an application of your own for as little as $100 on elance.com or RentACoder.com, but frankly why not buy one of the excellent ones already available like Blog Carnival Submitter or XingLa Pro Blog Carnival Submitter. 

Blog Carnival Submitter is a great low cost option and will do a great job for you:

 

 

XingLa Pro Blog Carnival Submitter has a few more features, and runs a bit faster, but is more expensive too. 

 

Personally I don’t see that much difference between them and while I like the faster run time, Either of these products will automate your blog carnival submission jobs very adequately.  Still, even using an autosubmitter takes time that you may not have.
